CSSC Sunrui (Luoyang) Special Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 through the merger of relevant departments of Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute, a specialized research unit under the China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited focusing on ship materials, processes, and applied research. Formerly known as Luoyang Sunrui Special Equipment Co., Ltd., the Company was restructured into a joint-stock entity in April 2022.
