Its products are developing towards serialization, functionalization, and specialization. The main energy storage and transportation equipment products include three categories: high-pressure power gas cylinders and cylinder sets, high-pressure clean gas cylinders and cylinder sets, and hydrogen storage cylinders and cylinder sets.
High-pressure power gas cylinders and cylinder sets are mainly used in marine engineering, aviation, and aerospace engineering. Marine engineering products, characterized by high pressure and corrosion resistance, are used to provide power for buoyancy and descent, and are applied to power gas source systems, solving the problems of localized corrosion and stress corrosion under marine conditions, thus improving the safety and reliability of equipment in this sub-segment. Aerospace engineering products, characterized by high pressure and pure gas, are used for pipeline purging and leak detection, and are applied to gas supply systems, solving problems such as small volume, low density ratio, high transportation costs, and poor control of foreign matter.
High-pressure clean gas cylinders and cylinder sets are mainly used in the semiconductor industry. The products are used to store high-pressure, clean gases and are applied in the semiconductor industry for etching, rinsing, and protection. They solve problems such as pulverization and blockage of high-purity gases in industrial applications, representing a significant breakthrough in the field of high-purity gas storage and transportation.
Hydrogen storage cylinders and cylinder assemblies are mainly used in the hydrogen energy storage field. The products feature high pressure and resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. The wound cylinders feature ultra-high pressure and lightweight design, solving safety and economic issues in the hydrogen energy application field.
