CSSC Sunrui (Luoyang) Special Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 through the merger of relevant departments of Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute, a specialized research unit under the China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited focusing on ship materials, processes, and applied research. Formerly known as Luoyang Sunrui Special Equipment Co., Ltd., the Company was restructured into a joint-stock entity in April 2022. Its headquarters is located in the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Luoyang, Henan Province, with branch offices in Wuhan and Xiamen.
The Company upholds its corporate mission of "ensuring safe and cost-effective operations for critical infrastructure including bridge safety systems, pipeline compensation devices, energy-efficient equipment, energy storage and transportation solutions, and components functioning under complex working conditions". The Company is rooted in a culture of scientific research and innovation, committed to an "innovation-driven" strategy. By focusing on customer needs, breaking through key technologies, and accelerating the commercialization of achievements, it delivers highly reliable products and comprehensive solutions to its clients. With19 years of specialization in its core business domains, the Company has built on nearly two decades of R&D expertise in material applications and functional structural design. Focusing on engineering solutions for extreme environments - including frigid zones, seismic areas, and saline conditions; harsh operational settings involving thermal extremes, negative pressure, and corrosive elements; as well as complex mechanical stresses from heavy friction, dynamic loading, and high bearing demands - we have developed three core industries: bridge safety systems, pipeline compensation technology, and specialty material products. Complementing these are two emerging sectors: high-efficiency energy conservation solutions and energy storage and transportation infrastructure. Our products serve diverse applications spanning bridge engineering, energy & chemical processing, naval architecture, district heating systems, energy conservation technologies, and bulk energy logistics.
The Company has established comprehensive management systems covering quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy, and internal control. It has obtained certifications such as CRCC, CCPC, and EU CE, as well as licenses for the design and manufacturing of special equipment and pressure piping components. Additionally, it has achieved ASME, DOT, and EU TPED certifications, along with classification society certifications from Chinese CCS, British LR, American ABS, and French BV.
The Company boasts a robust R&D system, including 1 national-level enterprise technology center, 5 provincial R&D platforms, and 1 post-doctoral research station. It has also built an open collaborative innovation platform for industry-academia-research-application partnerships with domestic universities, research institutes, engineering design institutes, and large enterprises, showcasing significant technological advantages and R&D capabilities.As of December 31, 2024, the Company holds over 612 valid authorized patents, of which more than 201 are invention patents. Its patents have won 3 China Patent Awards and 1 Gold Award in the "Invention and Entrepreneurship Award · Project Award". Additionally, the Company has led or participated in the development of 26 national, industry, and group standards, including 8 as the lead editor. It is a member of 21 industry associations, serving as chairman or vice-chairman in 7 of them.
The Company has been awarded 1 Second Prize in the National Technological Invention Award and 7 provincial and ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards. It has also been recognized as a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, a National Green Factory, a National High-Tech Enterprise, and a Class A Enterprise in the National Key Industry Performance Rating for Heavy Pollution Weather. Furthermore, it has achieved AAA-level certification in the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System and won the ICQCC International Quality Management Gold Award. In Henan Province, it has been honored as a Demonstration Enterprise for Energy Conservation Services, a Benchmark Enterprise for Dual Prevention System Construction, and an AAA-level Industrial Enterprise for Quality Integrity.
