In 2008, it passed the technical review organized by the former Ministry of Railways' Science and Technology Department: the overall structure of the support, the friction pair structure, and the dust-proof sealing structure all meet the functional use requirements and durability requirements of the support. Currently, this support has been widely used in the "Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals" high-speed rail lines.
The company developed the largest vertical load capacity spherical support for railway bridges at that time, with a capacity of 200,000 kN, achieving high load-bearing capacity and solving the design and manufacturing challenges of ultra-large tonnage spherical supports, which are applied in the Songhua River Grand Bridge of the Harbin-Qiqihar Passenger Dedicated Line.
